Our supportive, family‑like atmosphere nurtures strong bonds and teamwork across the organization. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Fargo, N.D. branch.
Pay Range
This range is provided by Baldwin Supply Company. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base pay range
$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr
Essential Functions
Arrange for couriers and freight pick up according to customer preference including completion of all paperwork and checking back for BOLs by 3rd party logistics before driver arrivals
Daily double‑checking of picked orders at the shipping counter
Daily packaging and processing of UPS/Speedy/FedEx parcels, including marketing/promotional materials and vendor returns
Re‑stocking and re‑ordering of supplies for shipping area
Pick and package orders as requested according to instructions
Assist with check‑in of received items as requested
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as necessary; assemble orders and load or unload freight
Daily housekeeping tasks as assigned; general clean up and sweeping daily
Follow all safety regulations including wearing proper safety equipment
Work Experience & Educational Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience, 2‑5 years preferred
Valid driver’s license
Belt fabrication a plus
Willingness to learn
Skills and Abilities
Ability to operate and maintain equipment (i.e., forklift)
Good communication, listening, organizational, time management, and mathematical skills
Dependable and reliable, regular and consistent attendance
Inventory, data entry and computer skills required
Ability to bend and lift heavy objects (10‑50 lbs. frequently up to 100 lbs. occasionally)
Demonstrated commitment to Safe Work practices

Compensation
Several factors including industry knowledge, work experience and skill set will be used in salary determination. A total compensation package consists of a base wage and branch bonus. Total compensation will be discussed as part of the interview process. The targeted range for this position is $19 – $22 per hour, depending on experience, the ideal candidate exceeding requirements may be eligible for a higher base pay.
