Gilroy, California
seeking a dedicated full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
for the 20252026 academic year. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team focused on supporting students' communication development and academic achievement.
Whether youre a licensed SLP or a Clinical Fellow, youll find a supportive environment where your skills can make a meaningful difference in students lives.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and provide speech-language therapy tailored to student needs Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Monitor and document student progress regularly Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning
Qualifications
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Valid California SLP license or eligibility to obtain before start date ASHA CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellow status accepted Experience in school-based settings is preferred but not mandatory Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children
