Job Description

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Surveillance Security Ambassador. As a Security Ambassador – Surveillance, you will spot threats before they arise in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses.

• Schedule: Full‑time, Friday through Saturday (3rd shift, 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.) and Sunday through Monday (2nd shift, 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.)

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises safety
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities
• Analyze security system vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual attention and exceptional concentration
• Proficiency with technology
• Experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
