First Citizens Bank is hiring: Policy Adherence Tester in Raleigh

We are seeking a Data Governance Policy Adherence Testing Analyst to join our Enterprise Data Governance team. This role will play a key part in our data governance policy adherence and monitoring testing approach. The individual will partner with other team members to execute a robust adherence and testing process. Responsibilities Execute adherence testing : Validate artifacts (e.g., metadata, data lineage, data quality rules) to ensure Conformance to policy requirements Artifacts with overlapping information or dependent requirements reconcile to each other Document testing results : Complete documentation of testing results and communicate to key stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of experience in Data Management, Financial Analysis, or similar OR High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in Data Management, Financial Analysis, or similar 2 years of experience in data governance, data risk, audit, or data control functions, ideally within a regulated industry Experience in executing test scripts Excellent critical thinking skills, ability to exercise good judgment and solve problems quickly and effectively Ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders Works well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills The base pay for this position is generally between $110,000 and $125,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
