Job Overview The Sales Ambassador is responsible for managing sales growth in the assigned portfolio of accounts. Through strong customer relationship skills and fact‑based selling, the goal is to meet or exceed annual business objectives and support the long‑term growth of Coca‑Cola Consolidated, Inc. in that portfolio through support and collaboration with the aligned field sales partner. This role also ensures execution of the commercial strategy across multiple channels. Duties & Responsibilities Generate sales growth in assigned account base through execution of commercial strategies and contracts, selling in incremental packages, displays and equipment, and closing all sales calls daily. Build and maintain profitable customer relationships. Monitor customer order behavior. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including Customer Connection Hub and other field sales and distribution roles. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Food/beverage industry experience preferred. Ability to create and conduct sales presentations. Strong attention to detail and implementation/follow‑up skills. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Proficiency in computer applications and multitasking. Ability to use and understand omni-channel selling tools. Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. One or more years of previous sales experience; strong selling and negotiation experience. Valid driver’s license with current vehicle liability insurance. Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle to comply with schedule adherence and required travel within assigned market(s). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or Marketing. Food/beverage industry experience. Work Environment Office environment.
