Our Richmond, Va. office is accepting applications for Heavy Equipment Operators to work projects. Responsibilities Operate and maintain heavy equipment, typically 200 series excavators and above, fitted with hydraulic shears, grapples, bucket/thumb, universal processors. Demolish structures, sort material, and load out debris. Follow site supervisor direction, perform manual labor tasks, and use small tools. Embed in DHG’s safety culture, receive safety orientation, site‑specific training, and earn OSHA 10 certification. Qualifications Demolition experience required; knowledge of 200 series excavators and above. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds, perform manual labor, and use small tools. Must be medically capable of wearing a half‑faced respirator. All candidates must pass a background test and drug screening. Reliable transportation and regular travel required.
