We’re searching for an exceptional Recruiter to join Fastbreak’s People team and help us scale thoughtfully and quickly. This role is ideal for a Recruiting Coordinator who’s ready to take their next step, and excited to jump into sourcing, own full-cycle hiring processes, and partner closely with hiring managers and the Head of People in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll play a critical role in building high-performing teams—owning searches from kickoff through offer, improving candidate experience, and helping us hire the right people as we grow. What You’ll Do Learn to own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles (product, operations, sales, tech, etc) Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and creative outreach Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring plans, and timelines Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, and feedback with speed and organization Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from first touch to close Help improve and document recruiting processes as we scale Track recruiting metrics and provide clear updates to stakeholders Represent our employer brand in the Charlotte market and beyond (career fairs, networking events, etc) 1–3+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house) Comfortable jumping into sourcing and execution—this is a hands-on role Experience or interest in running multiple searches at once in a fast-moving environment Strong communication skills with candidates and internal partners Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively Curious, adaptable, and excited to grow with a startup Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred Why you'll love this role: High visibility and real ownership over hiring outcomes Opportunity to grow your recruiting career as we scale Collaborative, low-ego environment where your ideas are welcome Chance to help shape recruiting processes—not just follow them Location We're based in Charlotte, NC and looking for a team member to work in our offices 5 days a week.
