Job Description Job Description We’re seeking an HR Generalist in Irving, TX to support a growing organization by handling a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, training coordination, and light recruiting. This role serves as a primary point of contact for employee HR questions, maintains accurate records in ADP, and partners closely with senior HR leadership to ensure compliance, engagement, and smooth day-to-day HR operations.
