Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for senior leadership.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events and meetings, including logistics and materials.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming communication, responding on behalf of leadership as needed.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the team and department goals.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and a strong attention to detail.
- Experience in private equity or venture capital is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
