Lobby Ambassador Salary: $24/hr – $25/hr Company: Rapport – a specialized division of FLIK Hospitality Group. Job Summary As a Lobby Ambassador , you will create a warm, professional atmosphere for every client, recruit, customer, and employee, operating the switchboard, visitor registration, and serving as the first point of contact. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Welcomes and acknowledges all guests. Anticipates and addresses guests' needs. Exposes genuine appreciation to guests. Assists guests with all service matters including concierge requests. Monitors and processes visitor and registration requests utilizing a centralized email inbox. Escorts high‑touch clients to their meeting destinations. Promotes teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Develops and maintains positive working relationships with colleagues and supports team goals. Maintains a clean and orderly front desk work area at all times. Provides an efficient arrival and departure experience for guests, creating a memorable visit. Serves as the first point of contact for all lobby activities and emergencies, remaining alert and owning challenges, or following escalation procedures as required. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience in a client service / reception position. Computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to stand or walk for extended periods. Some college experience preferred.
