Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the production team supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective teamwork skills, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title Manufacturing Associate Location Blythewood, SC Pay Range Shift What’s the Job? Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures. Assemble products to meet defined specifications, quality, and safety standards. Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. What’s Needed? 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing equipment. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
