My client, a top Real Estate Asset Manager is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join and lead their expanding team. Our client works on a hybrid basis in downtown Chicago, offers competitive compensation, comprehensive health, PTO and retirement benefits. Key Responsibilities Manage core tax tasks like earnings & profits (E&P) calculations, tax provisions, and compliance. Answer tax-related questions from investors and partners. Work with internal teams and outside vendors to improve tax reporting and data systems. Oversee third-party tax advisors to ensure high-quality work. What You Need At least 7 years of tax experience in Real Estate, Private Equity, Private Credit, or the Asset Management Space. Knowledge of IRS Sections 1031 and 721. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, team player, and self-starter.
