Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Initial Closing Disclosures (CDs) & Change of Circumstance (COC) disclosures
Audit files for compliance with TRID, RESPA, and investor guidelines
Handle post-closing items confirm disbursements, reconcile final CDs
Assist with Loan Setup when needed
Requirements:
2+ years of residential compliance experience
Conventional & Government loan knowledge
Strong attention to detail and time management
