In this role, you’ll work with clients from infancy through age 18, supporting their emotional and mental well-being during pivotal moments in their lives. Your days will be meaningful as you meet clients in foster homes, family homes, schools, and residential facilities to conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide one-on-one counseling. You’ll also play a vital role in reconnecting families by facilitating, transporting, and supervising visits between children and their birth families, offering family counseling when needed. This position allows you to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in court hearings, and maintain accurate case documentation of all interactions. Perks of this role LCSW/LMHC: $52,400–$62,400 LSW/LMHCA/Licensed Eligible: $48,400–$58,400 Ability for salary increases based on weekly client hours (shown is 20-25 client hours) $2,500 Sign-On Bonus Flexible daytime schedule Supportive and meaningful supervision Company car with personal use options for full-time staff, depending on caseload Does the following apply to you?
