What You’ll Do As a Pipe Foreman , you’ll be at the heart of our projects, leading crews and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your role will include: Supervising and motivating a crew of 2–7 team members to perform at their best. Laying out, assembling, and installing various pipe systems, from deep sanitary sewer to storm sewers. Operating heavy equipment to excavate, install, and backfill with precision. Using transit levels and calculating grades to keep everything accurate and on track. Planning and sequencing work to minimize delays and maximize efficiency. Prioritizing safety by completing daily Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and addressing potential hazards. Collaborating with the team and maintaining professional relationships with project owners. What You Bring to the Team: Qualifications: Experience: 3–5 years as a Pipe Foreman with hands-on expertise in pipe installation and equipment operation. Skills: Mastery of grade calculations, pipe layouts, and heavy equipment operation. Safety First: A proven commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Communication: Strong verbal skills to keep your crew motivated and projects running smoothly. Physical Requirements: Strength & Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb on and off equipment, and work outdoors in all conditions. Requirements : High school diploma or GED preferred.
