Hourly Wage: $18.47 (Full-time temporary hourly position, effective Jan 2026 through June 30, 2026)

What You Will Do
Collect, organize and analyze data for BLS OSHS statistical purposes.
Understand and disseminate statistical information for the SOII program.
Keep up to date on current coding procedures, technical requirements, user and program guides for OSHS programs.
Consult with Missouri citizens to identify survey needs and specific requirements to complete the surveys and update data profiles.
Conduct surveys and collect data for SOII and evaluate survey progress and performance.
Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, address complaints, and provide assistance.
Qualifications - All you need for success:
2 years of relevant experience (Substitutions may be allowed)
Desired Attributes
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to review documents for accuracy and completeness.
Ability to complete assignments within specified timeframes.
Ability to develop and implement procedures from general instructions.
