Financial Data Analyst (Entry Level) We’re looking for an entry‑level Financial Data Analyst who’s passionate about transforming financial numbers into clear insights that support budgeting, forecasting, and operational decision‑making. You’ll work closely with senior analysts, finance teams, and operations leaders to maintain financial datasets, build reports, and identify trends that help the business manage costs and improve performance. Responsibilities Collect, clean, and standardize financial datasets from internal systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools. Assist with month‑end and quarter‑end financial analysis, including revenue trends, expense patterns, and variance explanations. Build reports and dashboards to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Analyze cost drivers, spending behavior, and operational metrics to identify inefficiencies. Support the finance team in developing financial models and scenario analysis tools. Track KPIs, create data visualizations, and summarize findings for leadership. Maintain accuracy, quality, and documentation of all financial data sources. Qualifications Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas). Basic SQL experience for querying financial datasets. Understanding of income statements, balance sheets, and basic financial concepts. Analytical mindset with strong attention to numerical accuracy. Ability to explain findings in a simple, business‑friendly way. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). Compensation & Benefits Competitive entry‑level salary, performance‑based bonuses. Clear growth path into Financial Analyst, Senior Analyst, or FP&A roles. Credit check and background verification required for all shortlisted applicants. Junior Credit Risk Analyst (Entry Level) We’re hiring a Junior Credit Risk Analyst to support the evaluation of applicants’ creditworthiness for loans and financial products. You’ll analyze credit reports, assess risk indicators, and help determine approval decisions. Responsibilities Review applicant credit reports, financial histories, and supporting documents. Analyze credit scores, payment histories, debt levels, and risk patterns. Assist in preparing credit assessment summaries for decision‑makers. Track overdue accounts, monitor risk exposure, and identify early warning signs. Maintain structured documentation of applicant evaluations and decisions. Collaborate with senior risk officers to refine assessment criteria. Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and credit data. Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL is a plus. Understanding of credit scores, credit bureaus, and basic lending principles. High accuracy and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus incentive bonuses. Benefits may include health coverage and PTO depending on employer. Growth opportunities in Risk, Compliance, and Underwriting. Because this role involves reviewing borrower credit history and working with sensitive financial information, a mandatory credit check and background verification is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
