Overview We are seeking a talented PCB Design Engineer with a strong foundation in electrical engineering to join our product development team. This role combines hands-on PCB layout expertise with system-level electrical design responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with Altium Designer and a proven track record of developing reliable, manufacturable, and high-performance PCB assemblies. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with engineers and senior designers to develop PCBAs for AC and DC applications across new and legacy product lines. Perform board layout tasks including sizing, component placement, signal routing, and power/ground plane design. Optimize PCB layouts for cost, manufacturability, thermal performance, and testability. Apply and refine design rules for each project, resolving constraint violations and ensuring compliance with internal standards. Present PCB designs during technical reviews and generate documentation packages per engineering protocols. Required Qualifications Associate degree in a technical discipline (BSEE or equivalent preferred). Minimum 2+ years of experience in PCB design and layout. Proficiency with professional-grade PCB design tools (Altium Designer strongly preferred). Strong understanding of electronic components and circuit behavior.
