We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team on a contract (temp) basis. This role is fully onsite and requires someone who can hit the ground running to source, screen, and place top IT talent quickly. Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs. Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking. Conduct initial screenings and manage the interview process. Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Requirements Proven experience recruiting for IT roles. Strong knowledge of technical skill sets and industry trends. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work onsite and start immediately.
