Pinnacle Research Group is looking for a personable, detail-oriented Clinical Research Recruiter to support participant outreach and advance clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas. This position plays a central role in connecting applicants with research opportunities while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and a high-quality experience from first contact to enrollment. Ideal Candidate Profile People-focused communicator: Comfortable engaging applicants, building rapport, and explaining study information clearly. Experience in customer service, sales, healthcare, or other interaction-heavy roles is preferred. Healthcare familiarity: Understanding medical conditions, diagnoses, and medications is highly valuable. You will regularly review medical histories and pre‑screening criteria. Tech-forward mindset: Daily use of digital tools is required. Required proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel or Google Sheets, Gmail. Experience with CRM or EMR systems (Salesforce, Epic, etc.) is a plus. Organized and dependable: Capable of managing multiple studies, shifting timelines, and detailed workflows with reliability and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Patient Recruitment & Outreach Contact new and existing applicants via phone, text, and email. Explain clinical trials clearly in patient-friendly terms. Conduct pre-screening interviews and gather medical information. Review medications against study criteria. Schedule qualified candidates and prepare them for screening visits. Maintain empathetic communication throughout the enrollment process. Manage no-shows and support recruitment goal alignment. Work with the research team to establish enrollment targets, appointment scheduling, update patient status, etc. Clinical Trial Support Understand study protocols, timelines, and prohibited medications. Prepare prescreening notes and summarize study requirements for applicants. Coordinate with nurse coordinators for medical records and scheduling needs. Stay updated on multiple studies, including protocol changes. CRM & Data Management Maintain accurate patient information in Salesforce. Categorize leads by interest, eligibility, and study fit. Document all outreach and screening outcomes. Assist in tracking recruitment metrics and identifying trends. Marketing & Creative Support Establish a plan for each research project to meet enrollment goals. Create flyers, digital ads, and outreach materials using Canva. Contribute to social media content supporting recruitment. Support management of online reviews and community outreach. Office & Administrative Support Answer incoming calls professionally and route as needed. Maintain accurate participant scheduling. Keep digital files and recruitment materials organized. Assist with light administrative tasks.
