Overview As a Full Desk Recruiter at NCW, you will be an integral part of helping us achieve our expansion objectives, focusing on the construction sector with a national territory. You will connect with our growing customer base, earn new client accounts, and build relationships with talent that can be pipelined and, later, placed. Your efforts will directly impact the operations of our valued customers and their staff while simultaneously influencing the career paths of your candidates. What Your Day Might Look Like Developing your personal book of business within your respective market
Selling NCW services to prospective clients, managing existing accounts within your sector, and actively placing candidates on behalf of NCW clients
Facilitating the full-cycle recruitment process for prospective candidates (sourcing, screening, negotiating employment terms, etc.)
Tending to onsite management tasks as needed to support your personal book of business
Representing the NCW brand through initiatives like job fairs, networking events, and hiring events
Sourcing potential candidates and customers through creative and traditional mediums to maintain a steady flow of prospective clients & talent
Working towards production goals as defined by management
Managing your “pipeline
