Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process continuously. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Knowledge of various recruitment methods and tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
