We’re seeking a high-performing Senior Real Estate Recruiter to help scale a 450+ agent brokerage and one of the highest-producing real estate teams in Georgia. This role focuses on attracting experienced, high-quality agents ($5M+ producers) to both the brokerage and our Elite Team. Responsibilities What You’ll Do Recruit producing agents and add meaningful production volume to the brokerage Build and manage a pipeline of $5M–$30M+ producers using Courted and MLS insights Run persuasive, high-energy interviews and recruiting presentations Execute outbound recruiting campaigns: calls, texts, emails, social outreach Attend industry events, trainings, masterminds, and networking opportunities Partner closely with leadership to hit brokerage growth targets Track activity, pipeline stages, and production forecasts in the company CRM Qualifications 3–7+ years in sales or full-cycle recruiting Confidence in presenting, persuading, and overcoming objections Proven track record of hitting metrics or quotas Strong relationship-building and follow-up habits Ability to target and attract experienced agents Real estate recruiting experience is a major plus Compensation $60,000 - $120,000 About Century 21 Results At CENTURY 21 Results, our mission is to help achieve dreams through buying and selling real estate.
