Inside Out LLC is seeking an experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Managing Director/Partner. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. They will also be a self-motivated individual eager to align with Inside Out's vision, embodying its ethos in both their professional and personal endeavors. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the CFO and MD. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports. Organize travel arrangements and itineraries. Administrative Tasks: Handle confidential information with discretion. Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoicing. Coordinate internal and external communications across the team. Personal Assistance: Manage personal appointments and tasks as needed to ensure executives can focus on strategic priorities. Provide support for both professional and personal initiatives as required. Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and sustainability-related projects. Liaise with various departments and external partners to streamline operations and facilitate communication. Sustainability Focus: Stay informed about trends, regulations, and best practices in the sustainability sector. Contribute ideas on integrating sustainable practices into day-to-day operations. Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years of experience as an executive or high-end personal assistant, preferably in a sustainability, environmental, or related industry. Proven track record of supporting C‑suite executives in a fast‑paced environment. Skills: Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, calendar management, and expense reporting software. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Personal Attributes: Discreet, proactive, and resourceful with a high degree of professionalism. Adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment. A genuine interest in sustainability and a commitment to environmental responsibility. Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
