Job Title: Entry-Level Administrative Assistant
Location: Santa Barbara, CA
Pay Rate: $20–$25 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Type: Onsite
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join a growing team in Santa Barbara. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their administrative career in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative and clerical support

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner

Greet visitors and assist with front office duties

Schedule appointments and manage calendars

Data entry, filing, and document management

Assist with email correspondence and office coordination

Support team members with day-to-day office tasks

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of administrative or clerical experience required

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and work independently

Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
