Duties
Lead end to end customer journey flow creation in Genesys Architect Provide technical guidance to other hands-on developers with IVR flows, bot flows, backend and AI integrations, and routing Collaborate with product managers and other software developers to ensure requirements are understood and translate them into technical solutions
Desired Skills/Experience:
5+ years of experience with Genesys Cloud Architect hands on build and implementation including IVR flows, bot flows and backend integrations Familiar with AI/ML tools and NLU/NLP technologies Genesys certification is highly desirable Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with architects, developers, and product managers Excellent communication skills

The approximate pay range for this position is between
$65.00
and
$85.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
