Job Description:
Looking for USC and GC only who can work on W2 (NO C2C or 1099). Senior resource with at least 8+ years of experience in CLM domain.
Solid understanding of contract management, workflow automation and document management processes.
Should have developer experience (designing, customizing, solutioning) in Agiloft.
Work closely with business analysts, legal stakeholders and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical configurations.
Experience in integrations with third party tools via REST APIs.
Should be able to drive the transformation from Legacy CLM to new CLM product Agiloft.
Good communication skill, self-driven, proactive.
