Otolaryngologist (ENT) – Optum NY – Syosset, NY Optum NY (formerly Optum Tri‑State NY) is seeking an Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our team in Syosset, NY. The position is part of a clinician‑led care organization that partners with local tertiary hospitals and offers an integrated, patient‑centered practice.

Position Highlights

Independent practice with strong affiliation to local tertiary care hospitals that provide a full range of ENT medicine

Offices offer a broad array of state‑of‑the‑art ENT equipment and services

Robust in‑house diagnostic testing facility

Full complement of support teams to assist with patient care

Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of the ear, nose, throat, pharynx, sinuses, larynx, thyroid, oral cavity, salivary glands, and esophagus

Examine patients in clinic and perform surgical procedures as needed

Consult with patients to understand their health concerns and perform specialized tests to diagnose and treat patients

Consult with patient’s primary care physician and other specialists

Required Qualifications

Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or New York application in process

Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Otolaryngology

Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start

The total cash compensation ranges from $350,500 to $628,000 and may increase over time based on productivity and performance. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions subject to eligibility.
