Responsibilities
Manage the planning and execution of integrated marketing programs for merchants and cobrand partners across digital, social, influencer, and event channels. Partner cross-functionally with internal teams including Sales, Analytics, Product, Legal, and Communications, as well as external agencies, to deliver campaigns aligned to strategic objectives. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful delivery of marketing initiatives. Oversee agency relationships, creative development workflows, client feedback cycles, and final asset delivery. Support proposal development and ideation for B2B, B2C, and partnership marketing programs. Create and deliver client-facing materials and actively participate in client discussions via conference calls and virtual meetings. Apply strong analytical thinking to evaluate campaign performance and support optimization discussions. Ensure consistent attention to detail, quality standards, and brand alignment across all deliverables. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of marketing experience, with demonstrated success in campaign management, client partnerships, co-brand marketing, or related roles. Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and complex agency relationships. Background in payments, financial services, or consumer marketing is strongly preferred. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Experience working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments. Ability to synthesize insights, manage details, and keep initiatives moving forward under tight timelines. Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
