Hybrid Responsibilities
Lead a team of engineers in technical analysis, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, design, construction documentation, reports, and cost estimates for water resources and related projects. Manage project development, including 1‑D/2‑D river and flood modeling, stormwater design, streambank stabilization, civil design layout, grading, drainage, utility layout, and low impact development. Work directly with clients and coordinate with other disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, I&C, structural, CAD). Mentor and develop junior staff. Manage projects on time and within budget. Participate in professional organizations and present papers. Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field. At least 8 years of relevant experience. Licensed Professional (PE) Engineer. Proficiency with 1‑D and 2‑D hydraulic/hydrologic modeling (HEC RAS, PCSWMM, HydroCAD, etc.). Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills. Excellent leadership and team‑building abilities. Experience with AutoDesk Civil 3D and/or Bentley MicroStation. Knowledge of site grading design, runoff management, detention design, and conveyance. Salary
$119,400 - $156,975 a year (Illinois and Minnesota locations) Benefits
