Manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Provide support to employees and address their queries effectively in French and/or Italian.
Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR processes.
Assist in payroll processing and ensure alignment with local labor laws.
Prepare and deliver HR reports as required by the management team.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees in the Georgetown location.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for HR operations within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
The Successful Applicant A successful Specialist HR Operations (French/Italian Speaker) should have:
Proficiency in French and/or Italian, both written and spoken. Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in HR operations, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of HR processes and local labor laws. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
