Key responsibilities include:* Directing, developing, communicating, and implementing the company's direction and strategic goals.* Developing strategies to optimize business development and marketing internally to the company's employees as well as externally to the clients.* Leads cultural and operational change to drive technical innovation across business development, business units, internally to the company's employees, and to our external clients.* Identifying and communicating best practices throughout the company.* Optimizing results for customers as well as the company by establishing goals and objectives for execution and making operational decisions.* Developing strategy through the implementation and execution phases.**Work Environment:*** Location: Remote* Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%* Working Hours: Standard**Qualifications:*** Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) is required.* Professional Experience:* Minimum of 20 + years of related experience**Security Clearance:*** Active Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Master’s degree in engineering or business (MBA)* Ability to obtain a TS/SCI**Basic Compensation:**$210,800.00 - $316,100.00The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.**Additional Compensation:**KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
