ARE YOU THE STATIONARY ENGINEER WE'RE LOOKING FOR? High school diploma or equivalency 3+ years of building engineer experience and experience with all facets of HVAC Third-grade engineer license EPA CFC License OSHA 10 certification is desired Available for after-hour and weekend repairs Skilled in HVAC installs, services, and repairs Familiarity with air handlers with pneumatic and digital controls Understanding of AHU preheating and reheating of coils Knowledge of centralized chilled water systems and related equipment Knowledge of high-pressure steam plant operations, including water treatment Competency in using power and hand tools Ability to troubleshoot and respond/complete service work orders Ability to understand written and oral instructions Ability to read Architectural and Manufacturing blueprints Ability to perform essential building maintenance and emergency repairs Ability to work effectively with customers, building tenants, and team members Chill Bean system knowledge is a plus
