Accentuate Staffing is partnering with an established company in North Raleigh to hire a dependable and detail-focused Bookkeeper / Office Administrator. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations while also handling general office administrative duties. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable managing financial processes for a small business environment. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and financial statements Perform daily bookkeeping duties (accounts payable and receivable) Process payroll and payroll taxes for a small team Record financial transactions using QuickBooks Manage invoicing, vendor payments, and reconciliations Reconcile bank and credit card statements Monitor cash flow and assist with budget tracking Organize and maintain financial and administrative files Provide additional office support as needed Requirements: Prior experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role Proficiency in QuickBooks (required) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work onsite, Monday through Friday
