$37.30 per hour
. · Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. · A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates. Home Health LPN Highlights · This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs. · The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Weekends may be required due to weather or make-up appointments). No on-call required. Home Health LPN Responsibilities Provide care for clients following the client’s plan of care while maintaining dignity and independence. Monitor clients’ vital statistics and report abnormal findings. Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed. Complete routines as established by PT, OT, and Speech Therapists Maintain infection control policies and report communicable diseases or infections. Accurately document nursing actions, progress, and outcomes for established goals Order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate stock. Ensure all patient needs are met according to physician instructions. Monitor incidents involving clients, complete reports, and notify appropriate personnel. Maintain medical equipment and report faulty equipment to DME for repair.
