As an Entry Level Sales Support Representative, you will be trained to proficiency in Frontier's internet and mobile device solutions. The Entry Level Sales Support Representative’s support will be key to building solid relationships, as they help the Venice community understand technical prerequisites and fine-tune their home connectivity for assured reliability.

Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Support Representative

Act as a liaison for residential customers and Frontier’s sales team, ensuring questions on Frontier Fiber, cell phones, and wireless devices are answered with accuracy.

Provide post‑consultation support to confirm Frontier Fiber speeds, Wi‑Fi solutions, and mobile hardware meet household needs.

Facilitate documentation for new Frontier enrollments, ensuring accurate records, clear billing, and compliance with residential standards.

Support customer onboarding with guidance on modem setup, Wi‑Fi optimization, and syncing wireless devices.

Monitor Frontier promotions and hardware availability, equipping customers and the Entry Level Sales Support Representative team with updated residential offers.

Resolve logistical challenges in the service pipeline to guarantee smooth installations and reliable Frontier Fiber connectivity.
