As a Junior Client Account Manager, you oversee customer accounts for Frontier in the Venice market. The Junior Client Account Manager will learn fiber internet and wireless systems, help achieve team expansion targets, and maintain excellent service quality. Success in this Junior Client Account Manager role leads to advancement into campaign and upper management.
Role Requirements for a Junior Client Account Manager
Support residential operations by assisting with Frontier Fiber enrollments, mobile upgrades, and service migrations while keeping records accurate.
Build coordination skills by working with senior account managers, contributing to territory scheduling, and tracking residential service adoption.
Strengthen team performance through training, consultative communication, and support of Frontier’s residential growth initiatives.
Assist in onboarding new associates with knowledge of symmetrical speed benefits, wireless device setup, and secure data handling.
Manage escalated account challenges by resolving service concerns, billing issues, or technical setup questions to ensure reliable Frontier Fiber connectivity.
Review territory performance data and collaborate with Junior Client Account Managers to align execution with Frontier Fiber launches, mobile promotions, and seasonal offers
