Pay Range: $2,311.5 - $2,449.5 weekly ($67/hr - $71/hr on W2) Schedule: 12*3 schedule – Days/ Nights Shift – Every other weekend required
Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse (Tele RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and skilled in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role is ideal for nurses who excel in multidisciplinary teamwork, patient assessment, and clinical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult Telemetry patients with diverse diagnoses. Perform ongoing patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document care accurately. Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms via telemetry, identify arrhythmias, and respond to abnormalities promptly Interpret and document telemetry data in the EHR and communicate significant findings to providers Administer cardiac and other ordered medications, treatments, and interventions safely Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team (providers, charge nurse, rapid response) and escalate concerns as needed
