ABOUT THE ROLE

This is achieved through the Restaurant Manager’s partnership and influence in the daily execution of our mission statement, in successful shift management, and through the ongoing development of our teams.
Equally important and connected is the partnership with the General Manager (GM), Assistant General Manager (AGM), and #1 Kitchen Manager (#1 KM) in overseeing the planning, organizing, training, and development of each individual manager and team member, as well as the shared achievement of stated objectives in finance, safety, quality and the cultural environment of the restaurant.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads through service, supports and empowers the team, and demonstrates integrity, values, and a sense of commitment.
Ensures each shift maintains a team and guest focus while performing responsibilities.
Partners with managers and team members to achieve common goals.
Coaches and leads teams through proper training systems, adherence to policies, and implementation of service standards.
Mastery over the Circle of Service and maintains all Points of Service by delegating to team members.
Engages with guests by continually touching tables to ensure expectations are exceeded.
Partners with GM, AGM, and #1KM to uphold Health Department and sanitation standards.
Coordinates successful catering events and understands catering services and systems.
Ensures all federal, state and county legal standards are met.
Keeps the restaurant clean, comfortable, and inviting.
Manages all safety policies and holds the team accountable.
Guarantees food and products are prepared and served according to recipes and standards.
Supports the team in achieving sales, food cost, labor cost, and operating expense objectives.
Attends scheduled team meetings and participates in schedule preparation.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the General Manager or Assistant General Manager.

REQUIREMENTS
Salary Description: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

2+ years in a high‑volume role; fast casual restaurant and catering experience preferred.
