We are industry experts and trusted advisors to our clients, helping them asses their strategic alternatives and delivering unconflicted advice and providing bespoke transaction execution. Our team is amongst the most experienced coverage groups on Wall Street, having completed over 130 transactions representing >$100 billion in transacted deal value, with an active roster of current projects and a robust M&A and capital markets pipeline for 2026. You can find more information .The Group is seeking to add an Analyst to its team based in New York City.

The Analyst can expect to receive immediate exposure to a variety of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising transactions, and other strategic advisory projects, and provide significant, long-term growth potential and career advancement opportunities. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors.

This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation.
