Human Resources Assistant
We’re actively seeking a committed Human Resources Assistant to join our hospital team. You will report to the Director of Human Resources and provide essential administrative support across recruitment, benefits, orientation, worker’s compensation, and policy administration. This role requires strong organizational skills, computer proficiency, and a commitment to confidentiality and exceptional customer service for employees and managers.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support in various HR functions, including recruitment, benefits, orientation, and policy administration.
Serve as the frontline HR receptionist, delivering excellent customer service to employees and managers.
Assist in federal, state, and Joint Commission survey preparedness activities.
Manage data entry and online employee license verification processes.
Qualifications
Professional HR certification (PHR and/or SPHR) preferred.
BA or BS in Personnel Administration, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; experience may substitute on a year‑for‑year basis.
Minimum one year of administrative support/secretarial experience, preferably in HR or healthcare.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint) preferred.
