Lead the monthly closing and reporting process, communicate accurate and timely results to management Support a standard product costing and review variances with the leadership team Conduct standard and ad hoc cost analysis during actual, rolling forecast, and planning periods Support the budget process by preparing and presenting the overall P&L budget Assist the leadership team in cost reductions and process improvements Drive actions related to Net Working Capital and respective KPIs Follow up with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration Experiencein finance, controlling withina manufacturing environment / company Advanced Excel skills and experience with large complex data sets SAP FICO and MES experience desired Ability to work within cross-functional teams and communicate eloquent with different hierarchy levels Additional Information
