Program Manager

The Colorado Qualifying House
in Idaho Falls, CO. ✨
About the Program The Colorado Qualifying House is a Residential Treatment Center that provides male youth ages 18‑20 with opportunities for positive growth through evidence‑based interventions and innovative programming. With a deep commitment to improving the lives of youth and families, our program model has been developed with a focus on promoting positive change and goal attainment. The program subscribes to the four principles of effective intervention: risk assessment, addressing needs, providing individualized treatment, and ensuring fidelity. By following these core principles, the center guides youth behavior in positive directions while reducing recidivism risk.
Pay & Benefits Pay:
Starting at $65,000 depending on education & experience.
Perks & Benefits:
Medical, Dental, Vision and company‑paid life insurance within 90 days; 401(k) match of up to 6% after 1 year; paid time off that can be used as soon as it accrues; and more!
Responsibilities
Oversee the quality delivery and oversight of treatment, educational, vocational, and student health and welfare services in accordance with policy, procedures, and federal, state, and local rules.
Manage day‑to‑day site operations including budgeting, financial stewardship, administration, program elements, promotions, marketing, staff development, and training.
Develop, implement, manage, and modify the program, ensuring site operations, policies, and procedures are effective.
Maintain safety, health, and welfare of staff and students; ensure facilities are safe, clean, and well‑maintained.
Represent the site as chairperson for Management Meetings.
Oversee delivery of the daily program, coordination of medical and food services, and administration.
Maintain open communication with student athletes and stakeholders.
Qualifications
BA/BS in a related field.
Residential experience and at least four years of related experience in residential facility management.
Empathetic, patient, and treats others with respect.
Must pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
