Job Description and Duties Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I, the Personnel Supervisor I is responsible for the transaction program of the institution. The Supervisor oversees the Personnel Specialist in processing personnel transactions and audits subordinate staff to ensure compliance with control agencies, laws, and rules.

Responsibilities include reviewing and disseminating rules and regulations related to personnel transactions, coordinating data collection for reports, and handling confidential information on a regular basis. All applications will be screened and only the most qualified will be interviewed.

Limited term 12 months; may be extended up to 24 months or become permanent.

Individuals eligible for a Training and Development assignment may also be considered for this position.
