Work Week Manager / Sr Work Week Manager – Dresden NPS, Morris, IL

Salary Ranges Work Week Manager:
$126,900 – $141,000 (plus benefits)
Sr Work Week Manager:
$138,600 – $154,000 (plus benefits)
Primary Purpose of Position Responsible for directing the development of detailed plans and schedules for all corrective and preventive maintenance, surveillance, post‑maintenance testing and modifications within an assigned work week. Uses leadership experience from previous operations or managerial roles to execute duties. Ensures online risk profile, technical specifications and Clean Energy Center (CEC) procedures are followed during the execution week, cross‑organizes all departments, resolves conflicts, meets CEC goals, and coaches the work‑management team.
Primary Duties & Accountabilities
Develop and coordinate detailed schedules for assigned work week, ensuring compliance with Technical Specifications and Maintenance Rules while minimizing safety challenges.
Lead schedule execution with minimal oversight, maintaining online risk and complying with Technical Specifications.
Provide direction to planners, schedulers, Project Managers and support personnel for accurate schedule execution.
Ensure schedule execution meets Work‑Management Process Key Indicators.
Manage priority emergent work during the assigned week.
Analyze scheduling performance, develop weekly reports and recommend corrective actions at the Performance Accountability Review (PAR) meeting.
Assist with forced outage coordination as required.
Coach, mentor and develop other work‑management personnel throughout the organization.
Perform other job assignments as directed by management, including emergency response, departmental coverage, call‑outs and support of outage activities.
Minimum Qualifications
High‑school diploma or GED with 6 years of related experience (Work Week Manager). 8 years of related experience, plus supervisory or managerial experience (Sr. Work Week Manager).
Maintain required access or unescorted access qualifications and favorable medical examination/testing in accordance with position duties.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong PC scheduling knowledge.
Current or former Senior Reactor Operator License/Certification.
Engineering or technical degree.
Experience in supervisory or managerial roles.
