Our Get Volts team (a subsidiary of Prairie Band, LLC) is hiring for two Electrical Foreman for our Prairie Band LLC, Travel Plaza located on the 150 & 75 highway outside of Mayetta, KS, currently under construction.
Major Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the work of the electrical technicians and apprentices.
Responsible for creating materials list as relevant to assigned projects.
Plan and organize daily tasks, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to project timelines.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed.
Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute installations.
Monitor project process and provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing any deviations from the schedule or budget.
Requirements
Must possess Electrical Journeyman Certification or equivalent licensure.
Have proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the electrical industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes.
Must have previous experience in construction electrical installation.
Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and good driving record.
Must be able to pass all pre-employment tests (background and drug screen).
Willing to work extended and varied shifts as required.
Must be able to climb stairs, lift, bend, kneel frequently and stand for long periods.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Indian Preference Exercised Prairie Band, LLC is subject to Title 22: Employment Code of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation. In accordance with Title 22, this position is designated as a TIER 2 position. Preference will be given to individuals to the extent required pursuant to Section 22-2-4(B).
