Since 1994, Matura Farrington Staffing Services has been Southern California’s leader in legal and corporate recruiting. We are currently seeking a Sourcer / Recruiter to help meet the constant demand from our core clients.
As a recruiter, you’ll source, engage, and evaluate candidates for positions with leading law firms across Southern California, Northern California and nationwide. You’ll be paired with a dedicated manager to support hiring for roles at their core clients.

Requirements
1+ years of recruiting in the staffing industry strongly preferred. Candidates with 2+ years in client‑facing roles where success depended on strong communication, service, and relationship‑building skills (sales, retail, hospitality, catering, events, restaurants, financial services or professional services).
This is a sales‑focused position, not an HR function. Success is measured by achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to candidate placements, and revenue / earnings growth. Strong communication skills, driven, self‑motivated, and task‑oriented.
During the first 3 months of employment, you’ll be required to be in the office for training purposes, allowing you to receive hands‑on instruction and support from our experienced staff. After this initial training period, you’ll have the opportunity to work a flexible hybrid schedule, combining on‑site and remote work.
Compensation Range The compensation package includes base compensation (Starting Salary Range: $45,000 to $55,000 depending on years of staffing industry experience) and a generous, uncapped commission structure + benefits. Total first year estimated annual compensation is $65,000 - $80,000.
