We are seeking a
Front Desk Coordinator
to join our team. You will have a set 4‑day workweek, 10 hours per day, with a 3‑day weekend at this location. The Front Desk Coordinator will:
Provide exceptional patient experience while managing the check‑in and check‑out process, which may include helping them complete any paperwork.
Handle medical insurance, collect payments and balances.
Schedule follow‑up appointments.
Professionally and timely answer the telephone.
Manage the appearance and cleanliness of the clinic.
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective patients.
Educate referred patients about the services and programs CoreLife offers.
