Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, from proposal through closeout.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements.

Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), agency supplements, and company policies.

Support relationships with prime contractors, particularly those engaged in NASA programs.

Provide guidance on contract terms, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with program managers, finance, and legal teams to align contract execution with business objectives.

Monitor contract performance and ensure timely deliverables, modifications, and reporting.

Develop processes to support commercial contracting, including NDAs, MSAs, and vendor agreements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., NCMA CPCM) a plus.

5+ years of experience in contract management, with significant exposure to USG contracts.

Strong knowledge of FAR and DFARS; experience with NASA contracts highly desirable.

Demonstrated ability to manage both government and commercial contracts.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Additional Information This position is hybrid—remote with required commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules will be determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
