Base pay range $40.00/hr - $45.00/hr
Responsibilities
Build & run DQ rules daily – including reconciliations between data stores/locations and comparing current to prior data
Automate where possible
Work with business to define rules
Work with IT to fix breaks
Track metrics daily
Build/maintain dashboards and performance for mgmt.
Documentation
Build/maintain data catalog (dictionary (technical detail)/glossary (business detail))
Help derive data governance policy/standards/guiding principles details
Assist in lineage efforts where needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work very closely with technical and business teams – be the bridge/liaison between the two functions
Work closely with teams involved in project backlog, add governance insight
Get involved with global data efforts where needed.
Requirements
2-3+ years of experience in data governance (DG)
Understand DG concepts
Data governance tools (Ataccama ONE/DQ modules), MDM/RDM tools (Ataccama RDM) along with Power BI and SQL
Detail-oriented, multi-task
Strong analytical/problem solving skills
Strong skills in excel suite and other data analysis tools
Strong communication skills
SharePoint/JIRA/Confluence site development experience a big plus
Prior insurance experience a huge plus
Microsoft azure suite familiarity or experience a plus
Python, R, other programming languages a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
